In this video we take a look at the progress being made on the CSX Blue Ridge Subdivision in the mountains of western NC in Spruce Pine, Toecane, and Erwin. We also stop in at Toecane, NC and talk with long time resident Mary Crowder to hear her story from Hurricane Helene.
