Ingredients: 🔺 120 g soft butter 🔺 A pinch of salt 🔺 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar 🔺 100 g powdered sugar 🔺 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 🔺 Lemon zest 🔺 30 g vegetable oil 🔺 280 g flour 🔺 1 teaspoon baking powder Filling: 🔺 50 g raisins 🔺 Boiling water to soak raisins 🔺 200 g walnuts 🔺 1 egg white 🔺 2 tablespoons brown sugar Preparation: Place the soft butter in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar. Mix until the ingredients combine and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Next, add the cinnamon, lemon zest, and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly. Combine the flour with the baking powder and add it gradually, kneading a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
