BARRE Sculpting Workout | Loop Band & Weights
As per your request, here are some more barre loop band workouts! This 40-minute at-home barre class is packed with energy and fire that will have your muscles feeling great barre soreness the next day! During the warm-up, we will get you moving all around in your workout space, and then we’ll maintain that same momentum throughout the workout. You will need a pair of medium weights and loop band(s) for this workout. If you have a glute band, it works the same way and will be used around your thighs during the workout. At-home barre classes are designed to create full-body strength and help you move through various planes of motion. Movement is the spice of life, and I want you to feel invigorated while going about your typical day. If you're stronger and can move better, you'll live your best life! In this class, you'll do standing balance work, floor arm exercises, and core blasting moves that build strength! Throughout the workout, I will provide you with the motivation to keep pushing! I have programmed a class that will make your muscles sing and provide modifications for those who need a little assistance. With any modification, don't feel bad about making the exercise work for you. The technique is essential and helps you get stronger. If you need a modification, know that with dedication and commitment, you will continue to get stronger. Keep going, and you'll be able to follow each exercise with ease in no time. This class is packed with good music that will make you groove to the beat and motivation to push you to the end. My workout programs will make your muscles sing during this full-body workout that incorporates cardio moves, core exercises, and full-body movements that get your blood pumping!
