BARRE WORKOUT | Full Body Sculpt & Tone
Are you looking for a full-body workout that can help you build strength and confidence and get your body moving? If so, you might want to try a barre workout! This type of workout can help you achieve all these goals. I designed an energized at-home barre workout with a ball and light weights to challenge and intensify each movement. This workout includes standing with the ball and weights, on-the-ground core work, and dynamic movements to get your heart rate going! If you need any adjustments or modifications during the class, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am here to assist you and make sure you can keep up with the rest of the class. The workout we will be doing is designed to challenge you and push you to your limits, but don't worry, it is a safe and effective workout that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. By the end of the class, you will have achieved an excellent barre burn and feel proud of yourself for all your hard work. So, get ready to sweat and work hard until this barre class ends. As a busy mother residing in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, I am constantly on the move. In addition to teaching online, I juggle the responsibilities of raising four children of varying ages. Despite my hectic schedule, I always make an effort to stay active in my community by volunteering for local events and causes that are important to me. My love of fitness is a big part of who I am, having previously been a competitive dancer and a school teacher. I believe that staying physically active is not only good for the body, but also for the mind and spirit. I often share my passion for fitness with others, whether it's by leading workout classes or simply encouraging friends and family to get moving. While my life may be busy, I always make time for the things that matter most to me. Whether it's spending quality time with my family or contributing to my community, I believe in living life to the fullest.
