#GrandpaDCookingVlogs#GrandpaDVlogs How to Bake Matcha Cream Puffs ingredients: for filling 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup. flour 2 cups milk 2 tbsp vanilla 2 sticks butter ,2 tsp matcha powder for pastry dough- 1 stick butter 1 cup water salt, sugar ,1 cup flour 4 eggs procedure: for filling-- combine2 eggs,sugar, flour,milk,vanilla,- whisk boil,stir till thickened,cool down, whisk butter then add matcha powder. to make dough-- boil butter in water, add salt, sugar to taste add flour,stir for about 3 minutes,cool down,add eggs one at a time. Pipe to parchment paper,smooth down peaks with water moistened finger. Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes. pipe filling, dust with powder sugar.
