Kutsinta (Steamed Rice Pudding)

#HowtoCookKutsinta #HowToCookSteamedRicePuddingbyGrandpaDCookingVlogs ingredients: 1 1/2 cups mochico or glutinous rice flour 1 cup cassava flour 1 tbsp lye water 4 cups warm water 1 tbsp annatto powder 2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp panda extract 1/4 cup condensed milk procedure: combine mochico, cassava flour, brown sugar, annatto powder. whisk thoroughly. add warm water and mix until well blended add lye water, panda flavor, vanilla and condensed milk mix until free of lumps strain and pour mixture into greased molds. steam for about 25 minutes or until color turns darker cool,then remove from molds serve with grated coconut.
