Add all ingredients into a wide-mouthed cup and blend with a hand blender (you may skip the 20ml warm water with this method). Option 2 1. Warm the coconut milk and soy milk to about 60°C (microwave 1.5–2 minutes). 2. Dissolve the matcha powder in about 75°C water (you can mix boiling and room-temperature water). 3.
