15-Minute Desk Tension Reset | Yoga for Neck, Shoulders + Upper Back

Release desk tension with this 15-minute yoga practice for your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Perfect if you spend a lot of time seated at a laptop, working at a desk, or on your phone. We’ll start standing to find a supportive “stack” (feet, pelvis, ribs), then move through mindful shoulder mobility, upper back release, chest and lat opening, and gentle thoracic rotation. We’ll finish with calming breath and a simple neck stretch to help you feel more spacious and at ease.
