9-Minute Desk Yoga | A Calm Workday Reset
Take a few mindful minutes to reset your workday with this 9-minute desk yoga practice. This short sequence is designed for anyone spending long periods sitting at a desk. We'll move through gentle seated stretches, simple twists, and a couple of easy standing movements to help release tension through the neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs. You can do this practice right at your desk, whether you're working in the office or from home. Most of the movements stay seated, so it's practical to fit into your day without needing a mat or a lot of space. Expect slow, mindful movement to help you pause, breathe, and create a little more space in the body so you can return to your work feeling calmer and more comfortable. All you need is a chair.
