Day 10/100 I Think I’m Finally Finding My Watercolour Style…

Day 10 of my 100 Tiny Paintings challenge and today felt completely different. After feeling disappointed with yesterday’s painting, I spent time experimenting with colour combinations and discovered two paints that instantly inspired me: ✨ Opera Rose by Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolours ✨ Jaune by ShinHan Professional Watercolours For the first time during this challenge, I didn’t sit down waiting for inspiration to happen on the paper — I already had a feeling and vision in my mind before I even picked up my brush. In today’s tiny painting I focused on: 🌿 Soft wet-on-wet gradients 🌿 Layered mountain depth 🌿 Colour harmony and atmosphere 🌿 Creating calm through watercolour 🌿 Exploring style and emotion in painting This little painting taught me something really important: sometimes your creative direction begins with a feeling first… not a perfect technique. And honestly, this was the first tiny painting that truly felt like me.
