Carve the chicken. Brown the pieces in a pan. When the pieces are golden brown, transfer them to a saucepan. Add the paprika and white wine. Cover and cook for 1 hour. 2. Peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water. Stir the chicken: remove the pieces and place them in a dish. Melt the Comté cheese in the cooking juices remaining in the pan. Blend the cream and mustard, then add the mixture to the pan. Stir. 3. Add the sauce to the chicken pieces. Add the potatoes and grated Comté cheese.
