The workout is designed to be explosive, compound and varied with added grip training and flexibility. The full workout involves: Warm up 3 x 12 Dumbbell Clean and Press 3 x 12 Kettlebell Clean and Press - Both Sides 3 x Rope Pull Ups to Neutral Grip Pull Ups 3 x Ring Dips 3 x Spider-Man Crawls FINISHER: Kettlebell Swings With Tabata Protocol Stretching I also discuss the book 'The Batman Files' as well as what else we know about Batman's training as a martial artist.
