Ingredients: 70 grams sourdough starter 130 grams liquid milk 30 grams sugar 1 egg 300 grams high-protein flour 20 grams powdered milk 3 grams salt 30 grams butter Brush before baking: milk Brush after baking: butter Bake at 210°C, about 35-40 minutes Leave the lid on the pan for the first 15-20 minutes, then remove the lid, reduce the temperature to 190°C, and bake until golden brown (about another 15 minutes).
