Breathe & Move — A Slow Flow Moving Meditation to Anchor the Breath in the Body

In week nine of our Breathe & Be Still series we bring everything together in movement. This is a moving meditation — the breath leads, the body follows, the mind rests. Drawing on the yogic principle of Dharana — single-pointed concentration — we use the breath as our anchor throughout. Long slow exhales keep the nervous system calm even as the practice builds gently through seated flow into sun salutations, increasing the physical load while maintaining stillness within. This is the integration — nine weeks of understanding how the breath works, now felt in the moving body. Props welcome as always. Come as you are.
