A mindful 25-minute slow flow practice that moves with the breath from the ground up — building through seated alignment work into fluid spinal movement, finishing with the meditative rhythm of cat cow and cat cow wave. Every movement is breath-led and alignment-informed — creating space, ease and a quiet sense of coming home to the body.
