35-Min Pilates/Barre Workout | Hips, Arms & Side Body

Welcome to this 35-minute Pilates/Barre fusion workout, with a focus on the hips, arms, and side body through controlled, intentional movement. This class is designed to help build strength, stability, and mobility, and is especially supportive if you’re a runner or spend a lot of time sitting and feeling tight through the hips. I’m using light hand weights 1.5kg but you can use anything between 0.5kg–2kg and a Pilates ball throughout the class, but everything can absolutely be done without equipment. Feel free to adapt the workout depending on what feels supportive and challenging for your body today. I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant, so you may notice I move a little differently in certain exercises, but this is very much designed to be a strong, effective class for everyone. As always, the focus is on precision, control, and mindful movement rather than rushing through the exercises. Move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you need to, and make the class work for you. All you need is a mat, optional equipment, and a little space to move.
