40 min Full Body Pilates/Barre Flow
Welcome to this Pilates/Barre fusion class, designed to strengthen the whole body through mindful, intentional movement. We begin on our backs, building awareness and connection through the body before moving up to standing work focused on the back line, helping to strengthen the posterior chain. On the mat, we’ll also explore pretzel variations to support hip mobility and control, which help prepare the body for many classical Pilates movements. You can expect some strong abdominal work woven throughout the class. As always, this session is designed to be adaptable. You’re welcome to add ankle weights to increase the challenge, or remove any equipment at any point — listen to what your body needs. The focus here isn’t on speed, but on precision, control, and moving with intention. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and prioritise quality of movement over perfection. All you need is a mat and a little space to move, with optional props if you’d like to build intensity.
