10-Min Glute Workout | Quick Burn (Band Optional)

Welcome to this 10-minute glute-focused workout, it is a short, effective session designed to fire up and strengthen the glutes.This is a quick burner, perfect if you’re short on time or want to add something extra onto another workout. You can choose to increase the intensity by using a heavier resistance band, adding ankle weights, or placing a dumbbell behind the knee. If you prefer to keep it simple, you can absolutely do the entire sequence without any equipment and still get a great workout. The focus is on controlled, intentional movement, helping you build strength and stability through the glutes. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and focus on quality of movement rather than rushing. All you need is a mat and a little space to move, with equipment completely optional.
