[Yoga Pose HOW-TO Series] This time, we'll be explaining the fundamental yoga pose, "Warrior Pose II." While this is a basic pose that's almost always performed in yoga classes, there are a few important points to keep in mind for safety. This video explains 1) how to avoid knee pain, 2) pelvic stability, and 3) how to avoid lower back pain. Please use this video as a reference to graduate from self-taught practice and perfect safe and comfortable poses! *Suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners! [Before Starting Yoga] Avoid practicing after meals; practice on an empty stomach. Practice when you're feeling well. Practice in a safe place where your arms and legs won't bump into each other when spread apart. Practice safely and under self-care. If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop practicing and get plenty of rest. [Caution] Note: Pregnant women and those less than six months after giving birth are not permitted to practice this pose.
