CrossFit RFK Challenge (50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups)
Can you go sub 5? Planned on going 4 pull-ups and 8 push-ups the whole time til the last round but ran out of juice and switched to 2-4 at the end. Push-ups were sketchy but the pull-ups were better than alot of people I’ve seen try. Give this one a go!
