30-27-24…3 Abmat Sit-ups 20-18-16…2 Bike Cals 10-9-8…1 Bench Press 205 Time: too long, too heavy Fail at: 19:48 Should have gone 165 or maybe 185 at most. Sit-ups and cals went perfect. Just didn’t have the bench in me. Down to singles each set and had a fail. Give this one a go!
