Every 3 Minutes x 5 Rounds 250 m Row 15 Toes to Bar Max Sandbag Cleans in Remaining Time Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds Score: 55 Cleans First time with sandbag and feel like I got a feel for it by the end of the first round. Was able to keep the rows at a decent pace and then split the toes to bar once each round. Give this one a go!
