Here's the fourth and final part of a complete yoga practice, which I've divided into four sections. You can do it from start to finish or mix and match these sections to suit your needs, depending on the day. ✨ The fourth part is dedicated to calm and relaxation. You can use it after any yoga practice, any workout, or simply as a break during the day if you need a moment for yourself and a nervous system reset. In this part, we gently ease off the intensity. We begin with a few gentle movements and spinal twists, then move into Śavasana, or conscious rest. This is a crucial part of the practice, as the body has time to integrate everything that has happened before, and the breath and nervous system can calm down. Relaxation isn't just an afterthought.
