I Filled This Teak Root with Blue Resin… Look What It Became

In this project, I turn a stunning teak root into a one-of-a-kind tall slim hybrid vase. I used my own deep pour epoxy resin tinted with dark blue mica powder to create a bold contrast against the natural wood. After curing, the piece was shaped on the lathe and finished with a high-gloss top coat epoxy for a durable, glass-like shine. A glass insert can be added, making the vase fully functional for real flowers.
