Welcome to the first workout of the Y.O.U. Series (Renew, Focus, Apply)! 🔥 For the next 10 days, we'll be working together, engaging our entire bodies, and experiencing the true power of consistency. On this first day of the series, we'll be targeting all our muscles from head to toe, all in the comfort of our own homes, using just a pair of dumbbells. You can follow along with me during the workout. If you get stuck, slow down a bit, being careful not to break the form of the movement, but never give up! Remember; progress doesn't come from one perfect workout, but from those small steps you take regularly every day. Ready? Cx (or your initials) 📊 Workout Overview Duration: ~30-40 Minutes (excluding warm-up and cool-down) Equipment: A pair of dumbbells and a mat Style: Timer-controlled / 3 minutes warm-up - 1 minute exercise - 20 seconds rest - 3 minutes stretching Focus: Full Body You can change the weight depending on the difficulty of the exercises throughout the workout. If you only have one pair of dumbbells, that's fine, you can complete the entire set with the same weight. The important thing is to work in a controlled manner, feeling the muscles. If your form is deteriorating before the signal sound, you can stop early, or if the exercise is not finished, you can complete the repetition after the signal sound. Find your own pace!
