Day 30 | The Ultimate 20 Min Pilates Sculpt for Summer with Lilly Sabri | Free Summer Challenge

Welcome to Day 30, the FINAL day of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ Familia... you did it! Whether you've completed every single workout or joined us somewhere along the journey, I'm so proud of you for showing up and choosing yourself. This challenge has been one of my absolute favourites, and I hope you've loved every workout as much as I loved creating them for you 💛 To celebrate our final day, today's workout is a 20-minute Full Body Strength Pilates Workout with Lilly Sabri, designed to help you build strength, sculpt your entire body and finish this challenge feeling stronger than ever. For the first time in this challenge (or let's pretend it 😂), we're taking on the entire workout with no traditional rest periods. We'll work 45 seconds of strength exercises, followed immediately by 15 seconds of pulses, holds and those signature Pilates shakes. It's low impact, but I promise you'll feel every second 🔥 You'll need two sets of dumbbells if you have them – one lighter and one heavier – but simply use whatever weights work best for your body. If you're travelling or only have one set, that's absolutely perfect too. If you're looking for a full body strength workout, Pilates with weights, low-impact strength training, full body sculpt workout or a Pilates workout at home, this class is for you. In today's workout, expect: 👉🏼 Full body strength training; 👉🏼 Pilates x Strength exercises; 👉🏼 Deep core activation; 👉🏼 Arms, shoulders, glutes and leg sculpting; 👉🏼 Muscle endurance with pulses and holds; 👉🏼 Low-impact full body burn. As a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, my biggest reminder is the same one I've shared throughout this challenge: always choose quality over quantity. Move with control, focus on your form and listen to your body. That's how you build real strength and long-term results 🔥 ✨ And remember... although today is the final day, this challenge isn't going anywhere. Come back whenever you need it, repeat your favourite workouts, invite your friends and family to join you, and keep building the healthy habits you've created over these last 30 days. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following: 1. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing. Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets.
