Welcome to Day 29 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ We officially have just TWO days left, Familia! Let's finish this together 🔥 Today's workout is a 20-minute Deep Core Pilates class with Lilly Sabri, taken from our brand-new LEAN Method: Abs & Sculpt Guide, launching TODAY inside the LEAN App. So if you're looking for a deep core workout, Pilates abs workout, core strength workout or pelvic floor exercises, this class is for you. We're working 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest, so this is a challenging session designed to truly strengthen your core through slow, controlled Pilates movements. We're not just training your outer abs. Today's class targets every layer of your core, including your transversus abdominis, pelvic floor, obliques, spinal stabilisers and deep core muscles — the muscles that create your body's natural corset and support everything you do. As a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, I've trained my core this way for over 15 years, and I still find these exercises challenging. So if you need to pause, take a break. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Quality over quantity, always. Focus on your breathing, your form and connecting with your body. That's where real strength is built. In today's workout, expect: 👉🏼 Deep core activation; 👉🏼 Pelvic floor strengthening; 👉🏼 Transversus abdominis training; 👉🏼 Waist and oblique activation; 👉🏼 Core stability and posture support; 👉🏼 Traditional Pilates movements. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets.
