Click here for the recruitment form: https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Miso Dengaku (serves 3-4) [Ingredients] 1 konjac sheet (approx. 250g), 300g daikon radish, a little white sesame seeds, a moderate amount of mustard, a little salt A (800cc water, 5g dashi kombu, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin) B (6 tablespoons red miso, 8 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons sake, 2 tablespoons mirin) [Directions] 1. Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces. Make slits with a knife. Sprinkle with a little salt and let sit for about 3 minutes. Place in a pot, cover with water, and heat. After boiling, boil for about 3 minutes, then drain in a colander. ② Peel the daikon radish thickly and cut it into half-moon shapes about 2cm wide. Place the daikon radish in a pot, cover with water, and heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, then drain in a colander. ③ Thread the konjac and daikon radish onto skewers and place them in the pot. Add A and heat. Once boiling, cover with a drop lid and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. ④ Mix B well and add to the pot. Knead over low heat, being careful not to burn. ※After turning off the heat, knead for another 30 seconds. ⑤ Drain the daikon radish and konjac and place in a serving dish.
