Ruto's NO Campaign in Runyenjes

Opponents of the proposed new constitution have today taken their campaigns to Runyenjes urging Kenyans to oppose the new laws which they say will oppress small scale land holders in the country. Led by Higher Education Minister William Ruto, they have once again criticised the provisions on the land chapter proposing to give parliament room to enact laws on maximum and minimum land holdings saying it may lead to exploitation.
