Sharing some progress in my Pixel Art Tactics RPG made with the Godot Engine. This video is about reworking on character animations, Navigation, and NPCs to improve my workflow building this game. I also did some pixel art rework on the characters. Code is in C#. This game is inspired by Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre titles but there is an exploration gameplay where you can play multiple characters. I guess this is also inspired by Final Fantasy 6 where you get to play multiple characters.
