HAMSTRINGS RELEASE & STRETCH Tight? Weak? BOTH?? 🤔 Stretching isn’t always the solution. If releasing & stretching will help, this is the video to watch! ✔️If you sit a lot & DON’T train your hamstrings… they’re probably tight + weak. You’ll need to release the hamstrings, strengthen them, & open up your hip flexors. ✔️If you sit a lot but you DO train your hamstrings… they’re likely just tight. Focus on releasing tension through mobility work, hip flexor stretches, & posture awareness. ✔️If you’re training consistently & don’t sit much… your goal is maintenance. Keep your flexibility through regular release, stretching, & training. 🧰 Equipment: Lacrosse ball (or tennis ball or foam roller), yoga strap or towel, hard chair w/ foot rest. Do this sequence 3+ x/week for relief 🔥
