TABATA Total Burnout

22 minutes. No mercy. Just you vs you. 4 minute warm up Then 4 rounds of TABATA 20 sec all out 10 sec rest x8 each round Alternate between cardio equipment + bodyweight every round. Bike, treadmill, elliptical, StairMaster… doesn’t matter. Pick your weapon & go to work. This one isn’t supposed to feel easy. It’s supposed to wake something up in you. Save it. Run it.
