Welcome to DAY 2 of your 10 DAY PILATES CHALLENGE with Liv Aligned Pilates! Over 10 days, we will complete a 20 minute Pilates based workout together every day to form routine, feel strong, become flexible & overall FEEL-GOOD within our bodies & minds. Today’s Workout is all about the core! We go into our deep core stabilisers, abs (6 pack) & obliques to really give ourselves the chance to create that mind to muscle connection. Core focus is one of the fundamentals of Pilates and having a strong core is a wonderful skill to obtain to move through your workouts and life in general. This challenge is all about setting aside some time for yourself each day, to find enjoyment within exercise and therefore, facilitate the opportunity to create more consistent workout habits to lead you towards your fitness goals. This challenge requires no equipment, just yourself & some space to move. It is suitable to all levels of fitness, just ensure you take breaks & modify exercises when needed - you know your body best.
