DAY 8 // Waist & Booty - Obliques, Core & Glutes Workout // 10 DAY PILATES CHALLENGE

Welcome to DAY 8 of your 10 DAY PILATES CHALLENGE with Liv Aligned Pilates! Over 10 days, we will complete a 20 minute Pilates based workout together every day to form routine, feel strong, become flexible & overall FEEL-GOOD within our bodies & minds. Today’s workout is a Waist & Booty focused class - we will be doing some of my personal favourite lower body exercises to zone in and strengthen the Obliques, Core and entire Gluteal area. With beginner options, there are also opportunities to advance to intermediate variations to challenge yourself even more. This challenge is all about setting aside some time for yourself each day, to find enjoyment within exercise and therefore, facilitate the opportunity to create more consistent workout habits to lead you towards your fitness goals. This challenge requires no equipment, just yourself & some space to move. It is suitable to all levels of fitness, just ensure you take breaks & modify exercises when needed - you know your body best.
