Welcome to DAY 10 of your 10 DAY PILATES CHALLENGE with Liv Aligned Pilates! CONGRATULATIONS! You have made it to the end of the challenge & you should be so incredibly proud of yourself! Today we are celebrating all that our bodies can do for us with a FULL BODY Pilates Workout. You are strong, flexible & skilled and this workout is going to enhance all of the above. This challenge is all about setting aside some time for yourself each day, to find enjoyment within exercise and therefore, facilitate the opportunity to create more consistent workout habits to lead you towards your fitness goals.
