30 days of Garmin's recommended workouts
For the month of August I did the recommended workout on my Garmin Fenix7 everyday. I have a smart scale so was also able to track the changes running for a month did to my body. I think the data that you can get from a Garmin watch is amazing. But I did come across a few times when I question the accuracy of some data. I touch on that in this video too.
