Hello and thank you all for joining me in this video I would like to share with you this one of a kind sweet bread armenian Bread choreg also known as katnahunc which it means that the dough is made out of milk and finishing up with braid and we usually do this on Easter The braid represents the holy Trinity. The bread is very fluffy, soft, and a little bit on the sweet side we enjoy this bread on Easter with a nice cup of coffee or tea. God bless to make this bread you need 7 cups all purpose flour I have used 6 1/2 cups 2 cups warm milk 1 cup warm melted butter 2 tablespoon active dry yeast 1 1/4 cup to 1 1/2 cup of sugar 3 eggs saving one egg yolk for egg wash 2 teaspoon milk for egg wash and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon honey 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon orange juice 1 teaspoon lemon juice zest of one lemon 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon mahlab for decoration sesame seed, split almonds and colored sprinkles لصنع هذا الخبز تحتاج: 7 أكواب طحين لجميع الأغراض أستخدمت 6 1/2 أكواب: 2 كوب حليب دافئ: 1 كوب زبدة مذابة دافئة: 2 ملعقة كبيرة خميرة جافة نشطة: 1 1/4 كوب إلى 1 1/2 كوب سكر: 3 بيضات تحفظ صفار بيضة واحدة ملعقتان صغيرتان من الحليب وربع ملعقة صغيرة من مستخلص الفانيليا: 1 ملعقة كبيرة عسل: 2 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة خلاصة الفانيليا: 1 ملعقة صغيرة عصير برتقال: 1 ملعقة صغيرة عصير ليمون: مبشور ليمونة واحدة: 1 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح: 2 ملاعق صغيرة محلب: لتزيين بذور السمسم واللوز المجزأ والحبيبات الملونة:
