This is a total body Pilates workout with a small ball. In some of my Pilates ball flows, you can substitute the ball or do class without it, but this one would be harder to modify that way. Watch a quick preview of class here: • Pilates workout with a small ball - 40 min... We start with a warm up and then move into deep core work with the ball under one foot. That will flow right into bridge work, keeping the ball as a roller underfoot. From there we come into side body work where the ball will be used for support under our side. We finish class by centering off with some quad lean work.
