The kind of morning that invites you to slow down and ease into the day. I woke up feeling a little uneasy, so I decided to give myself exactly that — a slow morning. Coffee, quiet moments, cuddles with Lara, and a gentle start. But as the day unfolded… things didn’t quite go as planned. From getting lost in my own neighbourhood, to running errands that turned into a two-hour mission, to things not working out in the kitchen — it became one of those days where everything feels just slightly off. And for a moment, I felt it. The stress. The rush. The feeling of losing control. But somewhere in the middle of all that, I was reminded of something simple: When we lose presence, everything feels harder. So this video became a little lesson for me — to slow down, breathe, and let things be imperfect. Even when the recipes don’t go right. Even when time runs away from you. Even when the day doesn’t look like you imagined. Because in the end… everything still worked out.
