Today I gained 400 grams because I ate a lot of potato and meat pies. 😋 Oh well, I think it's just swelling. 😅 For breakfast, I had coffee with halva and a Super bar. I've responded to the comments. For lunch, I fried mullet. I ate it with green peas and pickled ginger. For a snack, I had frozen strawberries. 🍓 For dinner, I made and ate a tomato and cucumber salad with light cheese and whole grain mustard. In the evening, I calculated my daily calorie intake.
