21-DAY HYPOPRESSIVE CHALLENGE. DAY 17. From April 3rd to 23rd, I'll be with you live on my YouTube channel, doing the 21-Day Challenge, practicing hypopressive exercises. It'll only be a 10-minute practice, and if I ramble on and tell you more, I'll do it at the end, so as not to take away from what's important, which is building adherence. As you know, it's said that we need 21 consecutive days for our brain to register a habit and adapt it. Therefore, I invite you to follow me live for these three weeks, and when you can't, do the hypopressive exercises on your own with the live video, which will be recorded. Here they are:    • HIPOPRESIVOS EN CASA. NOCIONES PRÁCTICAS Y...      • HIPOPRESIVOS PARA FORTALECER EL SUELO PÉLV...   The main objectives of hypopressive exercises are: 1: Reducing abdominal girth. 2: Preventing, correcting, and even eliminating urinary incontinence. 3: Postural correction thanks to strengthening the deep abdominal and lumbar muscles. 4: Improving bowel movements, meaning we'll go to the bathroom more easily, thanks to the mobilization of the muscles that perform the peristaltic movements involved in the digestive process. 5: Improving sexual relations thanks to the increased tone of the muscles involved in them. Hypopressive exercises are based on postural and breathing methods. Hypopressive Techniques increase the resting tone of the abdominal girdle and pelvic floor. This reduces the waist circumference, providing an abdominal girdle that protects the spine and creating a toned pelvic floor capable of withstanding the excessive pressure of daily life without causing pathologies (urinary incontinence, prolapse, and sexual dysfunction). Each day of the live show, we will perform different positions and sequences. I've tried to include different schedules so you can follow me from the different viewing angles. I'm so excited.
