This was SUCH a good day of FOOD!!! 3 healthy, high protein recipes AND we chat about how to manage the festive season now that we are in December. How is it December already!?? Don't forget that Christmas happens once a year and it is SO important to spend it with your friends and family whilst making memories. This was a fully tracked day aiming for 1900 calories and 140g protein.
