Ingredients: Water- 300ml, 1¼ cups Instant dry yeast- 1.5 tsp, 4.5g EVO (olive oil) - 1 tbsp, 15ml Bread flour- 400g, 14.1 oz, 3⅓ cups Salt- 5g, 1 tsp Methods: • Add the water, yeast, and olive oil to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. • In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add it to the wet ingredients and mix until rough dough forms . • Cover and rest the dough.
