Do feel like your contributions to loved one are enough? Do you think you are happy almost all of the time? Here is a few simple things you can do to increase your generosity through mindfulness 1. Connect with someone in need. 2. Pick up chocolate or ice cream and drop off at a friend’s doorstep. 3. Be generous with your words. Lift up others with words, respect and compassion. 4. Compliment someone everyday. Honoring what’s best in others. Be loyal. 5. Be generous in your thoughts towards others? Envy is the thief of joy. 6. Put in a good word for someone without being asked to. 7. Buy a meal for someone. 8. Tell someone that they make the world a better place and truly mean it. Generous people are optimistic. And optimistic people are happy people because they choose to live in a world where belief in others is liberally employed. The universal pie of resources is not finite. It continues to grow as society benefits from others’ success. Life is short. And we only get one shot at it.
