Сборка Армированных Тормозных Шлангов на Road Glide

As part of Alexander Andreev's preparation for stunt riding on his 2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special, we installed Legend plus 2-inch fork cartridges and a 23-inch front wheel to raise the steering head as much as possible for easier rear wheelies. This setup requires longer brake lines from the calipers. To ensure the new lines would lay as compactly and correctly as possible, we custom-fabricated them from HEL components. On this bike, the hoses run to the ABS unit, which requires removing the gas tank to access. This is a labor-intensive and painstaking process, requiring the hoses to be installed twice, but we don't know any other way. HEL components are ideal for custom hoses: the fittings can be bent at any angle and rotated after crimping, allowing for any desired twisting direction and orientation. In the video, we used a vacuum brake bleeder—an excellent solution, especially when you need to bleed an empty system. After filling the system, it is recommended to bleed the ABS unit programmatically to replace the old fluid with new fluid – this will also happen the first time the unit is activated. 0:00 Preparing the motorcycle for stunt riding 1:00 Removing the Tank 1:25 Disconnecting the Hoses from the ABS Module 2:08 Assembling New Reinforced Brake Hoses 4:14 Installing the Brake Hoses 5:13 Bleeding the Brakes Video of installing fork cartridges:    • Подвеска для Станта на Harley Davidson Roa...   Order HEL hoses from our store: https://stuntexshop.ru/sport/catalog-89 Stunt Show custom: https://stuntex.ru/moto-show #stuntex #stuntexshop #stuntexclub
