CHEF'S TIPS: ✔️ The measuring cup used in this recipe holds 240 ml. ✔️ Substitute freshly squeezed/strained Sicilian lemon for Tahiti lime. ✔️ Spread the crispy crust in a 22/24 cm diameter x 3 cm high springform pan following the video instructions. ✔️ Preheat the oven to 150/160ºC and bake for 15/18 minutes. ✔️ Let the pie cool and, if desired, freeze it immediately (without the decoration). Then, properly wrap it and keep it in the freezer. When serving, thaw, decorate, and serve chilled. ✔️ Never unmold the pie while it is still warm or hot. Let it cool, place a plate on top, and invert it.
