A simple cake recipe with yogurt that requires few ingredients and goes perfectly with coffee or tea. The combination of fresh lemon, delicate dried fruit and crunchy walnuts makes this cake especially delicious. Please select your language in the settings. Recipe: 3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚. A pinch of salt. 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract. 150 g sugar (3/4 cup / 5.3 oz). Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Mix well until the mixture is creamy. 120 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup / 4 fl oz). 120 g Greek yogurt (1/2 cup / 4.2 oz). Grated zest of one lemon. Juice of 1 lemon. 260 g flour (2 cups / 9.2 oz). Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better. 15 g baking powder (1 tbsp / 0.53 oz). Mix well. Mix everything well until the dough is smooth. 60 g dried apricots (1/3 cup / 2.1 oz). 60 g walnuts (1/2 cup / 2.1 oz). 50 g raisins (1/3 cup / 1.8 oz). 22 cm (8.6 inch) springform pan. Grease the baking tin with butter so that the baking paper stays in place. Bake for 40–45 minutes at 180°C (356°F). 4 heaped tablespoons of powdered sugar (80 g / 2.8 oz). 1–2 tbsp Greek yogurt (20–40 g / 0.7–1.4 oz). Thanks for viewing and commenting on my recipes!
