Nie łącz witaminy D3 z K2 MK7, zanim nie poznasz tych faktów! Nadmiar wapnia | Dr Bartek Kulczyński

The combination of vitamin D and K, specifically K2 MK7, has been popular for some time now. Today I'll discuss the current state of knowledge on this topic. Vitamin K2 MK7 is very safe and has minimal toxicity, so there are no contraindications to combining it with vitamin D. However, I consider this topic important for another reason: dietary supplements containing both vitamins are usually much more expensive than vitamin D3 alone, so it's worth knowing when such a combination is recommended and when it's not necessary. It's also worth noting that even an inexpensive, healthy diet can provide large amounts of vitamin K in both forms. K2 is most needed when we have excess calcium in the blood.
