Level 1 Walking Strength Workout | 1,000 Steps & Full Body Movement for Women Over 40

Welcome back for another Level 1 workout! This workout is for those days when you know you need to move, and that's enough. No pressure to push harder. No need to leave exhausted. Just movement that helps you feel better. I've designed this workout to give you strength and steps without crushing your body. By the end of the workout, you'll have accumulated over 1,000 steps while moving through full-range, functional movements using nothing but your own body weight. We'll work through stiffness, improve mobility, maintain strength, and create a little more energy as we move with the flow of our bodies today, whether that's exactly what you need today, tomorrow, this week, or this season of life. Keep showing up and keep moving. Small actions constantly create BIG results over time. No equipment needed. Just grab some water, a towel, and let's get moving!
