Level 2 Strength Workout for Women 40+ | Moderate Energy, Low Impact & Joint-Friendly

Welcome to your Level 2 Workout—perfect for days when your energy is moderate and you’re ready for a low-impact, joint-friendly strength session. This workout uses light to moderate weights, controlled tempo, and intentional movement to help you build strength without draining your energy. It’s all about working with your body, not against it. Equipment:Dumbbells Equipment (optional):Stability or yoga ball Mini bands TRX or suspension bands Plyo box or low platform This is not about exhaustion, we’re building strength. If 2 sets feel like enough, stop there. Skip the finisher if needed. Do what you can, not what you can’t. Some days you’ll get going and feel amazing. Other days, you may need to slow it down even more and that’s okay.You can always adjust intensity by: ✔️ Lowering your weights ✔️ Reducing time under tension ✔️ Shortening your work intervals Workout Includes: Side plank with abduction hold Hamstring bridge hold Bird dog Marching glute bridge ¾ squat Small step-ups TRX wide row (or bent-over wide rows) Push-ups Adduction work Feet-up crunch Optional Finisher: 10 to 1 ladder: Seated banded abductions + squats Finish with a stretch to reset and recover.
